To get started , ENRdesign will personally meet with you to discuss the existing conditions and context of your property, your desired goals & usage, the design process, schedule & budget expectations and other options, as well as review sample portfolio projects. Project phases typically include: Often the architectural agreement is a two-part arrangement. Initially the Preliminary Design phase is the initiating contract and can be flexible, such as an hourly rate with a not-to-exceed limit. Once the scope of the project and budget are established, a fixed fee is agreed upon for Construction Documentation with Construction Monitoring as an additional add-on. This is the essence of the ENRdesign project process. The entire project schedule can vary widely, depending on the scope of work. For example, for a simple bath remodel, the entire architectural and construction schedule may range between 2-4 months, however, a new home may take 12-24 months. |
